Screen - We will screen every suitably qualified candidate and conduct in-depth interviews/assessment to provide a shortlist for you to review. Only the best-qualified candidates will be introduced to the client.
Liaise - During the client interview/assessment process, we will serve as a liaison between them and the candidate(s) to maintain effective communication.
Arbitrate - We ensure an impartial arbitration during the negotiation process, until an agreement is reached between client and the ideal candidate.
