Our first winter snow…..lets see how long it takes for the country grinds to halt!? I won’t go on about it s it’s the same story every year!!
Here is a good news story that happened to me yesterday regarding an insurance company!? I arrived home with two cheques sat on my doormat waiting for me….I had recently stopped my car insurance as I had sold my car, I did it the night before the next payment was due, and it was also going to be my annual renewal the next day, but a very helpful lady from the Swinton Group, stop my policy without hassling me, she simply asked if I had had a better quote, I told her I hadn’t, and that I was cancelling it for the said reason and would come back to them.
I thought that would be the end, but then I received the two cheques saying they had adjusted my policy appropriately and although not a large sum I had a refund of just over £30! A very pleasant and honest surprise!! Anyone else had a fortunate surprise this week??
