Social networking is playing a much greater role in our business lives, much more than I would have anticipated 12 months ago, in particular Twitter, which is much different from Facebook, Linkedin and Plaxo etc, Twitter is fast moving and requires constant maintenance, it almost determines the need for a new position within the company 'Twitter Operator' or 'Social Media Exec', the question is what are the benefits? Thats a question that I cannot answer properly yet, but I do know I dont want to be left behind.
We recently posted some discussion points about this on our British Forces Resettlement Services and Gemini Forces groups on Linkedin and got some interesting feedback, some people 'get it and some people dont, whts your stance on this?
