A leading Employment Law consultant has advised Companies to ban mobile phones at office parties, because of the ease in taking and distributing incriminating photographs of other employees.
Posting a picture of another employee (whether incriminating or not) without their permission is illegal and can potentially land both the employee posting the picture and the employer in rather deep water.
