There are more and more Ex-Forces/Service leaver recruitment companies springing up, all claiming to 'be the best', I am interested in the comments of people who have used any such organisation, we are also interested in comments on Recruitment Agencies in general.

I left the RAF Police 3 months ago and registerred with a lot of agencies including a number of agencies that deal purely with service leavers, generally speaking I get a far better response from those that deal with ex forces, but overall I did expect a more personal. service than I am getting...

I registered with 5 ex-forces agencies 3 months before I left the Navy last year, I also registered with about 20 civvi agencies, I didnt even get an acknowledgement from the civvi ones, but every ex-forces agency not only acknowledged receipt of my cv, but also made the effort to offer help and support....
